Weber Elite Volleyball Club is a local program serving Weber County and Ogden Valley, focused on developing athletes through quality coaching, competitive play, and strong fundamentals. Weber Elite Volleyball Club was founded in 2013, initially as Itsy Bitsy Spikers.
Our mission is to ‘Develop Better Players, Better Teams, & Better People,’ with an emphasis on growth, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Weber Elite provides an opportunity for beginner players and next-step opportunity for advanced players who want to continue developing skills and compete at a higher level through club volleyball.

PRACTICES
Typically 2 times per week
Held in gyms throughout Weber County including Ogden Valley facilities
TOURNAMENTS
Teams compete in AAU-sanctioned events
AAU registration required each season

Players:
- Positive attitude and effort
- Respect for teammates, coaches, and officials
- Consistent attendance
Parents:
- Ensure athletes arrive on time
- Support all players and promote sportsmanship
- Avoid coaching from the sidelines
- Communicate appropriately with coaches
